When it comes to drying your hair, avoid curling and straightening irons which can break or damage your hair shaft. Don’t irritate your hair scalp and just let your hair air dry.

Manage and reduce your stress levels

Avoid brushing wet hair

Brushing your hair while it’s wet is one of the easiest ways for hair loss. When your hair is wet, it is at its weakest state. As such, it’s best to let it air dry and brush it once it’s fully dry. However, if you must comb wet hair, use a very wide-toothed comb.

To undo tangles, it’s best to use your hand. And avoid brushing your hair too frequently!
