Do you sleep late at night, wake up at 11 am and go straight to work? If yes, then I can safely assume that you usually skip your breakfast and instead have brunch.
Don’t worry, you’re not the only one who does that, a lot of us do. Even if you know it’s not healthy you still do it because it’s the most convenient way to satisfy your stomach while in a rush. Right?
When eating brunch, you’d most likely feel very weak by 12 pm thus making you crave for sweets and carbs. Unfortunately, you’ll do the same routine over and over again and it’s gonna be hard to escape it.
Today, we will not teach you to escape your nasty eating habits but we will give you 5 foods which can erase a day of unhealthy eating.
Chia and Flax Seeds
These fiber rich seeds will help you have a healthy gut. Add them directly into foods like smoothies, yogurt, soup, oatmeal, or porridge.
Personally, I mix them with my lemon water and I drink it in the morning. Is it good for weight loss? Well, make sure to add it to your “Balanced Diet” and it will work.
Apparently adding walnuts to your diet will lead to healthier food choices. Yes! Eating walnuts satisfies and reduces cravings. So, you’ll less likely crave junk.
It is also rich in Omega-3 which helps your bloated stomach.
“How much should I eat in a day?” Even a handful of walnuts is already full of antioxidants to aid you in erasing the toxins in your body.
Flood your stomach with detox juice, if you’ve been eating unhealthy foods lately.
There are so many ways to make detox juice. I love lemon and cucumber water. It’s so far the least queasy for me and the easiest to make. Some mix lemon,cucumber and apple together.
Find what suits your taste buds and stomach because some detox juices will really result in an upset stomach.
Start snacking on apples! It’s my favorite snack because it helps me stay full longer plus you can eat it anytime, anywhere!
Add some greek yogurt and chia seeds to it. Just make sure you’re not lactose intolerant if you don’t want to spend the rest of your day in the loo.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Have you heard apple cider vinegar’s power in cutting down weight? Girl, that’s a fad diet.
Even if you drink the whole bottle of apple cider vinegar if you keep on eating sweets and carbs everyday you ain’t gonna lose weight. But the good news is, apple cider is a cleansing juice! It can help you erase a day of unhealthy eating.
So if you feel like you’ve been eating trash all day, mix 1-2 tablespoon of apple cider to 8 ounces of water and drink it. Make it your nightly rejuvenating juice.
