Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of eating and fasting. The most popular among the many different versions is eating within 8 hours and fasting in the next 16 hours each day. It’s one of the quick ways to lose weight.
A quick way of losing weight is doing cardio. It’s also great exercise. Try doing 5 to 10 minutes of cardio daily, and start working your way up. When the month is over, check your weight.
Focus on weight training
Don’t neglect your cardio as it’s important for stamina and fitness. But aside from cardio, weight training is also important in burning calories. Compared to cardio, weight training still burns calories after your workout session.
Dumbells, kettlebells, balls, and ropes can help you do weight exercises at home if you don’t want to join a gym yet.
Cut your eating portions in half

What do I mean by that? When frying food, use a paper towel to drain the fat. It’s pretty simple but quite effective. Getting rid of the grease from all those fatty foods you’re eating is sure to help with your weight loss.

This one’s nothing new. Adding green leafy vegetables such as kale or spinach to your meals helps you in losing weight. So next time you eat, switch your potatoes and rice to green leafy vegetables.
