Time and again, you’ve probably heard of the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like and what you offer out into the world will come back to you. Depending on how you direct your thoughts and emotions, your life can manifest accordingly.

But what are vibrations? Think of the people who can draw you closer and think of the others who makes you want to run away in the other direction. This is their personal energy.

According to the researchers at the HeartMath Institute in California, the heart sends out an electromagnetic field of around three feet from your body. It’s like you have an energy bubble surrounding you.

Now, remember what Albert Einstein said about how “everything in life is vibration”? Well, turns out, even humans vibrate. That’s right! That’s your energy bubble.

And human vibrations also include the way you communicate the thoughts you think.

According to the book Power vs Force written by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D, people vibrate in different energetic frequency depending on your emotions.

From the image above, we can see that the higher your vibration, the happier and lighter you feel.

How to Raise Your Vibration

Here are several ways on how to raise your vibration and attract what you need.

Fuel your body right

If you’re only fueling your body with junk and fast foods, you can’t attract positivity and raise your vibration. After all, you are what you eat.

The next time you go to the grocery, read the labels and choose the healthier options. Be mindful of what you put inside you. Inner peace, mental clarity and an abundance of energy start with the food we eat. Start by eating nutrient-dense food such as fruits and vegetables.

Reduce or eliminate your alcohol intake

Alcohol, in a nutshell, is a depressant and lowers a person’s vibration. Start eliminating toxins from your body for a clear and healthy outlook on life. Sooner or later, you’ll find yourself more energetically abundant.

Say no to something that drains your energy

Most often, people avoid saying no because of the guilt. But know that saying no means taking care of yourself. If you say yes often, you might end up with having too much in your plate and stressed out. If you know that something drains your energy, give yourself some self love and say NO.

Become conscious of your thoughts

Did you know that everything you say, think or feel becomes your reality? All the thoughts you have has an impact on you.

This can be easier said than done. So the next time you find yourself with a negative thought, acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, then dismiss it. Turn it around and think positive turn it around for the positive.

Meditate

Meditation is one of the best ways to soothe stress and anxiety. It also calms the mind, and give you a better insight of your feelings and thoughts.

Find a calm and soothing space (something you can easily create with your headphones on), and just focus on your breath for 5 to 10 minutes.

It’s completely normal when your mind gets distracted and wanders. Using compassion, draw it back to your breath. This practice can help raise your vibration level fast.

Walk in nature

Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air when you reconnect with nature. Move your body outside. Nature has a very high vibration and can charge our bodies with beneficial energy. When surrounded by nature, we raise our vibration and low frequencies dissipate.

Practice gratitude

You can raise your vibration by being grateful. Every day, write down the things you’re grateful for. This will help attract even better things in your life.
